Here's another book that's great and has "blue" in the title: Remembering Blue By Connie May Fowler
I just finished A Thousand Splendid Suns two days ago. It was excellent, I liked it a lot better than the Kite Runner. My book club will be doing Water For Elephants in a few months. I've heard it's very good.
